Welcome to Freedom Fastlane, and today it's an honor and it's a privilege to be featuring and highlighting Jeff Hoffman on the show.

Jeff is one of the founders of Priceline.com.

He was also involved in UBid and a host of other really successful startups. He has a very long list of credentials, including a B next to his name for

billionaire. And Jeff spoke at Freedom Fastlane live and was far in away the most popular and most appreciated speaker at the conference.

Even more so than Gary Vaynerchuk, Robert Hersheveck.

They were very popular as well.

But half of our respondents said that Jeff Hoffman was the most impactful person they met there,

and he spent hours in the hallway speaking with entrepreneurs and inspiring them

and giving them the strategies that have led him to the place that he is.

Jeff has a very servant attitude where he is just all in on inspiring entrepreneurs to make a difference,

to solve inefficiencies, to solve the world's greatest problems.

So I asked Jeff to come onto the show to share with those of you who did not get to meet him

at Freedom Fastlane Live and also to go deeper into some of the ideas and strategies that he

shared from the stage. For example, he talked about winning a gold medal in one thing. And I wanted

to ask him, where does that apply? Does that apply in today's crazy, confusing, fast-paced world?

Is there an extreme to that? How focused should you really be?

My favorite part of the show, and it's worth listening just for this part, is at the end when he

talks about the three skills or the three things that all entrepreneurs need to be absolutely

efficient in if they want to have a breakthrough company.

And by breakthrough company, I mean something that is bigger than oneself, growing beyond just

the solo entrepreneur.
