My guest, Jane, is a volunteer with a national organization of victims of juvenile murderers.

She got involved in the movement after becoming concerned with the unethical tactics being used by advocates of juvenile criminals.

Jane is not her real name.

She's not using her real name because she fears the violent criminals and the activists working to free them. Welcome, Jane. Hello, thank you so much for having me.

Thank you for doing this. So why aren't you using your real name and why do you feel these activists are dangerous?

Well, first off, a lot of these activists are themselves convicted murderers. When they are teens,

they committed these murders and they got out. And now they're trying to get other teen killers out.

And if they're not convicted murderers, they're supporting them. And this movement has a lot of

power and money behind it and

so i just feel like using my real name might put my life in my family's life in jeopardy and also uh

our website teen killers.org we used to allow the comments section to be open but we had to end that

and close the comment section because offenders and their families were coming and harassing

the victims. So this is a very scary movement to freeze some of the most dangerous criminals in

America and I just don't feel comfortable using my real name. Understandable. So what is the

national organization of victims of juvenile murders and why did you get involved? We're called NOBJM for short and it's an organization made victims of juvenile murders and why did you get involved?

We're called NOBJM for short and it's an organization made up of people whose loved ones were murdered by juveniles. We started because after, we'll talk about this in a minute, but after

the juvenile death penalty was abolished, there was a massive movement started to free all these

killers, to end a life without parole for them. So we felt that we had to organize. We give each other

support. We allow people to join our organization, even if they agree with freeing these killers,

we're about supporting each other, informing each other in this extremely strange movement.
