Isn't that like it every day?

Yeah, it's always like that. They stole that from us, I think. I think so.

How dare they? I'm guessing you watched the Grammy Awards last night when I want to discuss that a little bit. I'm guessing, right?

You know, can I tell you something? I'm a poser. I did not watch them.

It's very different these days. I feel like I am so unhip and don't know who anybody is.

Did you know that Megan the Stelion isn't actually a stallion? Because I was, I was furious when I found that out. How dare they lie to us that way?

Did you feel the same way as when you found out Queen Latifah was not a queen?

That one I had to Google to make certain that that was correct. But the Megan the Stelion, as soon as she trotted out, I'm like, this woman's not a horse.

This whole thing is a sham.

So did you watch the whole thing? I didn't watch the whole thing. I watched bits and pieces

here and there. It's never my favorite award for mostly for the reason you just mentioned because

like I couldn't tell you. They always they always say this is the record of the year, but this is the album of the year, and I don't know the difference. So, you know, not that that's any reason to not be into it, but the whole evening is like that. There's a lot of people, like you said, I'm not aware of all of them. I only know about a third of them at this point.

Well, I believe Record of the Year is a single, and the album of the year is the whole album.

But don't they also have Song of the Year?

Um, I think so.

So, so what's the difference between record and song?

I don't know, you caught me. I'm a poser.

And I spent most of the show calling up to say, where's Chuck Mangione?

And nobody ever picked up that call.
