0:31.8	responded to former President Trump's request for a special
0:35.0	master to review the material seized at Maralago and provided some more information as to the growing
0:40.5	case it has against former President of Trump.
0:43.0	Now Andrew McCarthy over at National Review has a lengthy and detailed breakdown
0:46.5	to the timeline that I suggest listeners read through for, you know, even more specific

0:51.4	But central to the case is this sworn document from June 3rd, from the
0:55.3	custodian of Trump's records, that they'd made a diligent search after the FBI had taken away some
1:00.5	documents and no unauthorized documents were left at Mart Lago.
1:04.7	And yet on August 8th when the FBI showed up, they found more than 100 classified documents.
1:09.2	Many featured in a photo attached at the end of Tuesday's filing and they note that some of them were in
1:14.4	Trump's desk. Now worse for Trump's defense is that he confirmed on truth social that he was in
1:19.2	possession of all those documents. So I need to know Richard where do we go from here? What is
1:24.8	Trump's defense and why in this case is he asking for a special master in this case? What does that mean?
