This is one of the best episodes of the year. It's probably going to be one of the longest episodes of the year too because we finally have a full slate of Sunday games to talk about. And I joked on Twitter before the games yesterday that I can't wait to find out what we get right. But more importantly, I couldn't wait to find out what we were going to get wrong. And that's the thing, right? I mean, nobody bats 1,000% with this stuff. The goal, and I've talked about this before. I mean, you're trying to have a good process. You're trying to put yourself in situations where the most likely outcome is going to set you up well. But week one is when we start to find out if those offseason predictions, if they they're accurate if we need to pivot right away and that's kind of the key here right don't get on take lock you can't just blindly dig in and expect things to just magically fix themselves

sometimes we do have to acknowledge we get things wrong here and then we got to adjust accordingly

so that's what we're going to try to do on

today's show I'm going to quickly run through my biggest takeaways from each team from every

game so far this week and obviously the Ravens and the Raiders haven't played yet so we're not

going to include that one if anything big happens in in that game and then we'll talk about it on

the Wednesday show for sure but today I'm going to run

through all the notable injuries we're to talk about those biggest takeaways and then we're

going to wrap it up with the top waiver wire ads heading into week two and like I said

this might be a long one so we should jump right in here and I just want to say before we start

a thank you to NFD 88 and will win 11 gave us some five star reviews some

dive into the injuries we had a lot of scares yesterday we had guys like David

Montgomery and Deontay Johnson and Tyler Lockett all those guys left the game

fortunately they were able to return to

the game after jerry judy sadly was not able to come back judy i'd projected him for a huge

breakout year he went down with what looked like a really bad high ankle sprain his leg just

bent in a direction that legs are not supposed to bend.

And from what I've read here could be on the higher end of the recovery timelines for him. So I wouldn't expect to see him for a while.
