I'm going to start the show with an apology. Coolie's not going to be on the show today.

He's sick, and he extends his apologies as well.

I know he's probably listening, so I hope you feel better.

He came back from that trip that I was telling you about the other night,

and I talked to his wife today, and she said he's been in bed since Wednesday night.

He is not well.

She said he's going to be fine, but hopefully we'll have him back next week. So that's that.

Bram Weinstein will be on the show. We will have Bram, the play-by-play voice of the Washington

commanders on the show in a little bit. Joe Yashiroff, who's a good friend of mine and has been in

sports media for a long time.

Now is an adjunct professor at the University of Maryland at the Merrill School of Journalism,

one of the best journalism schools in America. Joe is on the board of the Montgomery County Sports Hall of Fame,

and their 22 classes being inducted on Sunday.

Tim Kirchen is part of that. Steve Francis, part of that.

Joe will jump on with me at the very end of the show and tell you about that Montgomery

County Sports Hall of Fame class, and he'll weigh in on Skins Giants as well.

We start with really primarily here in the opening segment, Washington at New York Sunday.

And really what I believe to be the biggest late season, regular season matchup between these two teams in 36 years.

You know, I racked my brain trying to think of a game this deep into the season between these

two teams that has meant more. And obviously, they're going to play again in two weeks.
