from what I heard from GM John Spitech and assistant GM Brian Stark on Tuesday at the

Raiders facility. And you know, the thing about it is we talked about it quite a bit leading

into the press conference on Tuesday at 3 p.m. Pacific time at the Intermountain Health Performance Center on my radio show on Monday. You know, I was fielding calls and texts on what do you want to learn. What do you want to ask? And, you know, I was kind of putting together a rundown of what I wanted to ask. And I went in there with about eight or nine different questions. And I asked a couple of the questions that I

wanted to hear. But I'll tell you what, none of the answers that I heard, none of the questions that

I asked were what stood out to me the most from what I saw and I witnessed from GM John Spitech

and assistant GM Brian Stark. And really, it was comfortable, comfortable in their own skin,

comfortable in what they were doing as far as the process goes, understanding and being able
