It's the evening before gravel burn kicks off,

but I wanted to get our Big Sugar recap episode alive and for you to listen to,

uh, before we dive into, uh, very action pack seven days.

We're going to be doing daily recaps, daily stage recaps here from Gravelburn.

Um, but the Lifetime Grand Prix just wrapped up a week ago.

So, um, pretty important that we get a recap up

for that as well, I think. I would have gotten it up much sooner, but unfortunately on Tuesday,

Tuesday evening, the day we arrived here in South Africa, both Brayden Lange and I, who have been traveling together,

just got absolutely steamrolled by some sort of stomach bug and have been worthless up until,

I don't know, yesterday afternoon. We've definitely spent more time in bed than out of bed,

and I was absolutely in no shape to get on the mic, unfortunately.

So sorry for the delay on this recap episode, but I did want to get it up before we dive into gravel burn.
