Oh, here is a fun lawsuit.

Three of the nation's biggest drug manufacturers are suing the Trump administration to block a rule

that would force them to put the price of their drugs in TV advertising starting this summer.

One of the things that Donald Trump did when he was running campaigning for president,

he says, I'm going to do something about the high cost of pharmaceutical drugs.

And he actually, and the administration has actually done exactly that.

And that is push for this particular bill, a particular rule.

And what it says is when they do the TV commercial and, you know, half the commercial are disclaimers.

You know, you'll get liver cancer.

You'll never be able to breathe again.

Your genitals will fall off, oily stools,

chance of death, you know, all that stuff they do. So what the Trump administration said was,

guess what you also get to do is to put the retail price of drugs at the bottom. And these drug makers,

Merck, Eli, Lilly, Amgen, some of the biggest ones,

are suing that that not happened, arguing that that would mislead consumers because insurers

often cover the bulk of a drug's cost. So not necessarily everybody has to pay that amount of money. Wow. Well, here is a

quick one. Here's the retail price of the drug and one line underneath it saying insurers may

pay a portion or all of this drug. That's it. Conversation over, no one can be

misled. And in a statement, oh, God, I love this. Merck, who has a cancer drug, which is
