Have you ever had a big overreaction to something small?

Meaning something minor happens that all of a sudden taps into something inside of you that causes this real over

reaction. If you were to judge it from someone who's neutral, who's observing you,

maybe something happens and you feel the need to cry.

Or there's a trigger and it makes you really, really angry,

or you see someone see or do something that just makes you feel wildly emotional almost out of the blue.

It can be like, why is this happening?
