0:10.9	It's still freezing here in New York City, like aggressively cold. I woke up this morning,

0:43.8	The Olympics are officially underway with Alpine skier Breezy Johnson claiming the first medal for Team USA by winning gold in the women's downhill. Her catchphrase, like the wind,
0:50.0	ties into her amazingly fun name, Breezy, and congrats to her for killing it in the Olympics.
0:56.0	Another big story from this week was skiing legend Lindsey Vaughn who competed alongside Breezy
1:02.0	and unfortunately crashed. But in the light of this unfortunate event, I was inspired by the message she was sending,

1:12.3	injuries and is recovering currently. In her Instagram post, she told fans and all the young
1:18.2	girls who look after her. I hope if you take away anything from my journey, it's that you all
1:22.8	have the courage to dare greatly. Life is too short not to take chances on yourself because the only failure in life is not
1:29.3	trying. I believe in you just as you believed in me. And Lindsay, we are rooting for you always.

1:40.3	Alyssa Liu, who won her first Olympic gold medal earlier this week in team figure
1:45.4	skating. She has been taking over my for you page. She has an incredible story. She went to the
1:51.8	Winter Olympics in 2022 and then decided to retire in April because she wanted to move on and was
1:58.3	taking charge of her own life because skating was kind of taking up
2:01.8	a lot of her time and she stopped enjoying it, which is completely understandable and sports
