Hello, my lovely people. We are back at it. The big brown break down. And I was thinking

about I was just coming in today. That's four shows this week. We grind in people. We

grind it. This is the advantage having our own studio. Pretty cool, right? I think we

know what we're doing. It comes with this stuff. I wasn't allowed to do this at my former

employer and look at us now. So great, grand, wonderful. Today's episode of the big brown

break down. It is Thursday, December 15th. Is that right? I don't even remember what

dated is anymore. Let me check. Yeah, you're right. God dang CT. What? CT? What? It's December

15th because I remembered the date. It's December 15th. As you guys listen, this is a breakdown

of UFC fight night on Fox. And we will get to that. And then after that, we have one of

my faves. T door T's is in studio. He sits down with us and talks about basically, you

know, he's at the end of his career. This is his last huge fight with Chale Sonan, November

12th. Sorry, January 21st at the form live on Spike TV. And I'm excited, but I really

am. You know, I give those guys a little bit of trash talk as far as them being a little

older, but it is a fun fight nonetheless. I'm sure most of the fans and even you don't

even have to be hardcore. We'll tune in to watch Tito and Chale fight for free on Spike TV

January 21st. So when Spike and Bellator asked me if I would do something for them, I

didn't even hesitate. I love both those guys. And it's a little weird because both those

guys are my friends. I'm probably, I don't know. I'm close with Chale. Chale is a really

good friend of mine. And Tito, as you guys will hear in the interview, he was a hero of mine

growing up. So he's also a buddy and former training partner. So this is a tough one, but

I'm proud of both guys and it will be a fun fight. And yeah, so Tito will be on the
