Well, it's another week here in post Black History Month,

just about midway through March at scenes of God's 2024 and updates?

Is this like a wellness check-in?

Okay.

Well, it's been a challenging week.

It has, but I feel like I am starting to come out on the other side of it so I'm trying to just

focus on that as opposed to how much it beat my ass like um but yeah it's all the usual stressors of life school is chaotic right now. I feel like I blinked and it's mid-March like I don't know where mid-March came from I don't't, like the past two weeks, were they real?

I don't know.

So.

It was just January, so it's kind of like.

Right, like I don't, I'm not sure what is happening,

but then daylight savings time happened which I do appreciate

I really do appreciate the sun not being set at 6 p.m. It means a lot. It does. So you you know, I'm trying to again focus on the positive side of that as opposed to the lack of sleep, the adjustment there. But yeah, you know, struggling in some ways, but trying to be, trying to show up for myself regardless.

The ultimate mission.

Yeah, truly it is my life's work.
