Yes, we're making an announcement.

That announcement is that we're expanding the Barbell Shrug show into an entire network.

So you're actually going to get a lot more great programming.

Yeah, we've traditionally only had Barbell Shrug on the Barbell Shrug channel as a show.

We've had other shows on other channels, but what we have decided to do is to bring other shows

onto our channel, essentially creating a network of shows, just like a regular TV network,

would have multiple shows on the same channel, same deal here.

We have Barbell Shrug already, of course.

Mike, you have your show already called the Bloodsauce show.

Mike's going to be putting one, you have many different topics,

but your health and fitness-related shows are going to post on this same channel.

So with these two shows, both posting once a week, they'll be two shows a week,

and we're going to be bringing in other people that also have shows in the same area,

to help fitness, wellness, et cetera, onto the same channel.

Some of it might be weekly, and some of it might be seasonal.

We don't have all the shows selected yet, but some of them will only be a straight shot of eight shows

or 12 shows or whatever a season looks like, and some of them will be every week just like the Bloodsauce show and Barbell Shrug.

Yeah, one of the things we've really prided ourselves on the last six years of putting on Barbell Shrug

is that we're able to introduce to you people who should have a voice,

or think people that are doing something really special and have a really great message

that may not have a platform.
