Hello liturgists. Just wanted to let you know about something that we're starting tomorrow, September 26th.

It's going to be going all the way at least through November 11th. And that's every day we're going to be having

we're calling Sangha, spiritual community, where we're focused on

waking up, growing up, cleaning up, and showing up.

These are categories that Ken Wilver came up with that are basically ways of important ways of growing spiritually, both individually and collectively.

And so we're doing every day of the week is focused on one of those.

Monday is going to be waking up Tuesday is growing up. Wednesday is cleaning up, and Thursdays are showing up.

We're going to be using techniques and practices from my existential kink, from the Sardona method.

We're going to talk about nonviolent communication. We're going to be doing meditations.

We're going to be building community showing up for each other, holding space for things we're going through in our lives and our Fridays.

We're going to be having these open mic situations where we can all collaborate and share what we're doing creatively in the world and get feedback and advice and

a time where we can kind of like collaborate on creating this world to be a more beautiful place.

And sometimes it feels lonely when you're just creating by yourself all the time.

So this is a way that you can be heard and get some feedback and

so I really hope you'll consider joining us for this.

We're going to go at least through November 11th and see how it goes reassess at that point.
