So Lisa and I did an interview with our friend Audrey Asad a couple weeks ago in anticipation

of the release of our new record that came out on 11-11.

It's called Love Song to Life. I hope you've been able to listen to it.

And I would like to explore some of it musically more and even thematically on the podcast

but I haven't been able to make it yet. All my energies have been going into getting the

music out into the world and it finally is out and I'm tired.

So I haven't been able to make any podcasts lately.

But thought I would share this podcast that Audrey made.

Audrey, as some of you may remember, was part of the group that made the last season

of the literature's podcast, the Nandu Christian season.

She's an amazing artist and a thinker and beautiful person.

This is Audrey Asad. Today I'm chatting with Michael only so gunger of the band Gunger

about their new album which comes out on November 11.

That's right, that's 11-11 for all you number people.

We discuss everything from non-duality to some rather unconventional

progression instruments that were used in the creation of this astounding music.

The songs are scattered throughout this interview so that you can get a taste

of what they are about to unleash on the unsuspecting world.
