Well, Big 12 Media Days is in the books and what a great couple of days it was.

So we got back from a couple of great days in Arlington at Jerry World for Big 12 Media Days.

It was so great to be back, feeling just a sense of normalcy, being there, other media members, coaches, players, just a great time.

And it was myself, Matthew Postens, Derek Duke.

It was just an absolute blast.

And, you know, I think about each team, and I'll go through this here in a second,

but each team really has reason for optimism.

And I feel like that's something that we have not been able to say for some time in the

Big 12.

And that's just encouraging to me as a fan of this conference.

So we'll go team by team on just kind of my thoughts on each team, how this week went.
