Oklahoma State in the basement where they deserve to be after their loss

to Houston this past weekend. So no reason to move the Cowboys out of 16 unless 17 opens up,

which I guess for now it can't, but the pokes right there at number 16, which is where they

deserve to be.

What more needs to be said?

If I could rank the fan bases in the power rankings,

I might put the pokes at number 234 with those shirtless dudes in Section 230 the other day.
