I really like Biette and we do, later in the podcast we do some of these breathing exercises

that I've done with her on Zoom and they're pretty effective and I would recommend you do them.

They're a good accompaniment as with the like Wim Hof stuff, you know a bit of breath

stuff with a meditation, it's good, particularly those of you that like a little high.
