Thanks, Robbie on the show. Always glad to be here. I mean, your life must be fascinating right now with all of this. I feel like the news has

really, for people who are in the media business, it's been a booming, as they say. Yeah, it's been a

wild few weeks. I mean, it kind of seems like it never stops. Obviously, Trump being back on

the front pages assures there's always something to write about.

But, you know, it's a fascinating time for the country outside of him, too,

with the Supreme Court and Biden's presidency and everything that's going on.

It's hard to catch your breath these days.

Yeah, it's fascinating because we're now talking in August,

and I find that you can break through in August in a way you can't in other months because everybody like very prominent figures in the media are on vacation.

So you keep working through August, you know, for the young ones out there listening,

if you want to break through, don't take a vacation in August because that's when everybody

else takes off.

Yeah, it's funny you say that because I have a vacation scheduled next week.

So now I'm one of the, I'm opening the door to our challenges.

Well, I'm going to, lost debate's going to start a competitor to, I wouldn't count on it.

It takes a lot to get me to write anything these days.

But let's start with biodynamicsynamics, because I've wanted to

talk about this for a while, because I'm on the White House newsletter. They're like sort of from my

days of running arena, I'm on their like friends list where they send out talking points and stuff.

And so I had seen starting a few months ago, these conference calls and
