It's a very arbitrary deadline, right?

You run a campaign to be president for four years,

and at the end of one year, everybody's like,

did you do all the things?

And that's not great.

At the same time, it is an important milestone,

especially when you're going into midterm elections.

There are a lot of political realities here,

so I don't think we're like dumb to think through this,

but I also keep trying to remember that I think the standard

is really hard to define.
