We like to get right into it.

And what we're going to get into today is a simple fact

that is being lost in the discussions of the upcoming midterm elections.

And that fact is Joe Biden is still dragging his party down.

Now, you're probably aware there's been a surge of optimism among Democrats

when it comes to their performance, their prospects for November's midterms.

The short version of their thinking is this, maybe we're not going to get

clobbered after all.

Problem is, much of their hope is still probably in vain,

and that's for one reason, President Joe Biden.

So, I mean, they have a couple of things that they point to.

It's true that the so-called generic ballot polling has moved a few points

in the Democrats' direction.
