Well, I was an athlete growing up. I was a state champion swimmer two times. I was in all different

types of sports from gymnastics to basketball and track and everything. And when I got to college, I gained

the freshman 15. If you're familiar with that, I ended up becoming 30 pounds heavier than I am now.
