We had to postpone beginning for a few minutes, guess there was a problem with the internet.

Believe it or not, there's legal news aside from Donald Trump a few minutes ago on New

York Grand Jury, indicted Daniel Perry.

For him, he's the former Marine who was on a train when a very disturbed man named

Jordan Nealy started allegedly harassing people and the former Marine grabbed him but then

he grabbed him around the neck and in the process, Nealy died.

So the former Marine, Penny, has just now been indicted.

The indictment hasn't been released but the Daily News reported that it was for second

degree manslaughter which probably makes some sense and we'll, when we get the indictment

perhaps next week, we'll talk more about this very troubling case.

I mean, obviously what the Marine did in grabbing the guy and trying to prevent him from

frightening and scaring people on the train was the right thing to do.

I mean, he was a good Samaritan, he did the right thing.

When he escalated from just grabbing him to grabbing him around the neck, the state will

argue that was improper and although he had no intention of inflicting any serious damage

on him, certainly not killing him, that may satisfy the criteria for second degree

manslaughter.

We'll wait and see.

It's a case that generates a tremendous amount of passions on both sides.

The usual suspects when any person of a minority is killed, no matter what the circumstances,

have obviously called for him to be indicted for murder and the most serious forms of crimes

...
