So Jeff Bezos, because this is related to what we're talking about, Jeff Beazis was early in his Amazon's day. He had a VP that called him out. This VP is like, Jeff, your ideas are going. You have enough ideas to destroy Amazon. And then Jeff was like, like, what do you mean? Direct feedback, right? Directly to the CEO. And this guy was like fairly new as a VP.
