Thanks for having me back. I appreciate it. It's always good to check.

Doing great. I'm glad to see your surviving the Adirondack winter.

It looks like you're getting out there. I can see from your photos on social media that you're getting out there and enjoying this winter

weather. Yeah, I mean it's been a low, low snowfall. I haven't shoveled my driveway that many times, you know, probably, you you know 10 or 15 times but it's like the end of

February now normally it's you know every day to every other day you're out

there shoveling so it's been it's been a slow winter here, but it's only February, so we still have another month or two.

A month and a half to two months of actual winter weather up here.

So we'll get some more snow, but yeah, it's been pretty light, pretty light so far. I've been out a few times. The trails are actually fantastic because, you know, we've had some nice weather. So from my experience so far trails have been fantastic so that's good.

We haven't been so fortunate here in the southern tier and the cat skills a little better if you're

I guess in the right elevation but it's only February

mother nature can still come back and yeah and give us a big wallop and one last hurrah for winter.

Sure, no, we got a lot of snow still to come here in the ADK.
