This is one of the best inflation episodes ever. We discuss tons of mental models about how to think about investing.
We also discuss the meltdown right before our eyes, which no one seems to be noticing. And once again real estate.
Lastly, we share some advice for one of the best sage investors that even Warren Buffett cannot avoid reading.

0:18.0 | Hey, Kirk. How you doing today? Happy Friday to you and |
0:21.6 | hope everything's going well for everybody out there listening today. We got lots to talk about today, |
0:25.7 | Doug. We just got the GDP number out, which is interesting. We also have some new news on the |

1:22.6 | use commercial real estate the way it was pre-2020, right? A lot of people are working out of their |
1:27.8 | homes. A lot of companies, at least at the time, said we're not going to go back to the level of |
