and later expanding into books, courses and this very podcast. Over those two decades, I've written

for the behaviour of people I was involved with, the anxiety I felt with them, and my continued

investment.

Over the years of writing baggage reclaim, I've read thousands of comments and emails where we

make excuses, rationalise shady stuff, ignore red flags and our own needs, and basically linger

or even stay rammed stuck in relationships long past their use by date.
