Hi everybody I'm Diane Brady. I'm here with Alexi Robeshow who is the co-founder and

CEO Bedra which has a big presence on the promenade Alexi. Let's talk about why are you

in Davos what brought you here and welcome well

thanks for having me we're in Davos because we're at our core about helping people

build more trust and more leadership capabilities in their organizations.

The theme resonates deeply and you know I think one thing that's special about Davos is you have so

many of the world's thought leaders, so many of the world's literal leaders and these are folks who can make

positive change and we want to be part of that.

So it's a tsunami of stuff about AI here obviously there's a geopolitical

com- give me some sense of the conversations you're having.

How much is wellness, mental health coaching actually factoring into what people are concerned

about?

I think it's coming up quite a lot more than I expected in the conversation

of AI and I think the context there is people still have a very tired in some

ways more fragile than they would want,

workforce coming out of the pandemic.

And if we could have painted the perfect chapter,

it would not been, then let's disrupt ourselves again with generative AI and so I

think there's a there's well-founded anxiety around that and I think as part of this is I want to

equip my people to incorporate AI into their lives to use it for good but at the same time

I need to understand that they may not be at the level of resilience I want so how do I foster

that resilience so that they can actually make the most of what is a really powerful capability.
