0:44.7	How much is wellness, mental health coaching actually factoring into what people are concerned

0:51.2	I think it's coming up quite a lot more than I expected in the conversation
0:55.0	of AI and I think the context there is people still have a very tired in some
1:02.4	ways more fragile than they would want,
1:05.0	workforce coming out of the pandemic.
1:07.6	And if we could have painted the perfect chapter,
1:10.9	it would not been, then let's disrupt ourselves again with generative AI and so I
1:15.1	think there's a there's well-founded anxiety around that and I think as part of this is I want to
1:19.7	equip my people to incorporate AI into their lives to use it for good but at the same time
1:26.4	I need to understand that they may not be at the level of resilience I want so how do I foster
1:30.0	that resilience so that they can actually make the most of what is a really powerful capability.
