I'm really happy to share a super fun conversation with British Ultrar Runner and Canyon's

100K champion, Beth Pascal. Beth has been on an absolute tear recently in the

past few years, amassing very consistent world-class performances, and it really feels to me like she

is just getting started. But like Canyon's 100K men's champion, Anthony Costalalis, who we spoke to just a couple of days ago,

I didn't know a ton about Beth going into this conversation.

So I did my best to cover her story front to back.

So as usual, we started talking about her background in life and sport, where she lives and trains in the UK,

her progression in trail running, and especially the last few years of amazing consistency

before we transition and spend the second half of the conversation, focusing on her amazing

canyons performance and the fast approaching Western States 100

where Beth will be looking to improve on her fourth place finish from back in 2019.
