Hey everybody, welcome to the Dream Big Podcast. I'm so hoping that it was a terrific week

for you. I don't know if you are stuck in traffic or you're jogging because I'm just jiggling

thinking you might be jogging. But I have a friend on it and that's the favorite part

of doing a podcast as you get your buddies on and Beth Morris with us and Beth, welcome to

the podcast. Bob, I could not be more delighted. I mean, from the time that I awakened today knowing

this was the day we were going to be on here together, I just, you're the kind of person that just

makes people smile. I mean, really big, the kind where you're kind of cheeks get a little bit frozen

there, but I just looked so forward to it. I knew it was going to be fun. That much I knew.

Yeah, I think I'm pulling up. I'm talking from the oaks and there was quite a convention of

trucks when I was pulling in here and it turns out they're undergrounding all of these high

voltage wires. And when I think of you, I was pulling up, I'm like, we're not going to underground

you. What we want to do is just realize like how do you deal with a bunch of energy, a sincere

faith, some people that are a little bit on edge and you've written a book called My Notted

Up Life. This is going to be perfect because I think people are just curious about who are you?

You got just like kind to the core and a little bit of sass, which I love and a bunch of

conviction like you know why you're doing what you're doing. So I think you've written a really

beautiful book about it. So tell us why this book and why now? Well, I think that what you were

saying, if I could rewind you back about two minutes is that I am wired. And I think that that

does tend to be true. And I have to tell you, Bob, I may have told you this before that so often

I write on the top of my speaking notes, tone down, tone down. Nobody, nobody wants to have to deal

with you at a full 10. Nobody wants it. Nobody wants it. So I'm constantly trying to to bring it down,

but it is my natural I'm inagram seven. So I am full on I love to be with people. I love to
