I analyzed every USFL play from week one so that you don't have to.

And now you're going to be ultra prepared for week two.

Starting with the running backs and there's really only one expensive running back this week that stands out to me.

And that's all the way up top of BJ Emmons who led the league with a 70% opportunity share in 22 running back touches.

Emmons is only one of two running backs in his backfield.

And the other running back is undersized Joanne Washington one of two running backs in his backfield, and the other

running back is undersized Joanne Washington, who saw most of his touches last week, including his

final three in garbage time. And it also benefited BJ Emmons that Jordan Teammel only saw one

rushing attempt. You can see right here, 19 rushing attempts, 66% of the RB carries for BJ Emmons

compared to Joanne Washington. And if you take out garbage time,

the last two drives, this would have been upwards of 80%. But honestly, after that, these expensive

running backs don't look that good. Darnell Holland put up good fantasy points, but 42 of his

502 rushing yards came on one run. He actually saw three less overall opportunities in the backup,

Matt Colburn, who saw all the receiving game work, seeing a 19%

target share in seven targets. So I don't want to pay all the way up for an $8,200 back when he

might not even see as many touches as his backup, who's only $4,500 in Matt Colburn, and you can't

even say it was game script because that game last week between the breakers and stars was back and

forth. Stevie Scott is the next man up and he scored 14 plus fantasy points,

so a lot of people after he was 30% on last week in my ownership projections, he's definitely

going to be high owned again. But as you can see from my tweet right here, yeah, he scored last

week, but the backup running back Cameron Scarlett saw about half the opportunities, 47%

and he only saw two less yards. Stevie Scott ends up having just three more rushing attempts than Scarlett.
