Now normally at this point I would introduce to you a wonderful guest but today I'm going

to introduce you to two co-hosts.

Jake Humphrey is a sports broadcaster and my dear old friend.

He's not old, we're just, we go way back.

And Damien Hughes is an organisational psychologist.

Together they host the High Performance Podcast.

Now this is a bit different.

As a bit of a treat to bring this very weird year to a close, we thought we'd get together

to share some of our favourite moments from Happy Place and from the High Performance

Podcast as well.

So you're all of course here from some of the truly incredible people we've each spoken

to this year but you'll also hear our thoughts on each other's chats and how they've affected

us.
