learned anything about their process at the end of the Trey Lance era.

We're going to give thoughts on the process that the 49ers executed with Trey Lance.

And if they've learned anything from it because that's the key

thing going forward of this. It's not just what happened, but have they learned anything from

it at all or do they just say, hey, chalk it up as a loss and move on? Because if they didn't

learn from it, then that's the worst possible thing that could happen. Yeah, I 100% agree and time will tell if they've learned something from it.

I do think that the lesson that it paints, and I tweeted about this,

is a common theme with Shanahan and this regime, right?

They've done a fantastic job doing so many things, right?

They've built great organizational structure. They have a great fantastic job doing so many things, right? They've built great organizational

structure. They have a great process and a collaborative effort between their coaches and their

scouts. They're very good at identifying the correct players late in rounds that are system

fits and scheme fits that they can develop over the course of time to become really good football

players on their team. So they do a lot of things really well.

But one thing I've noticed is that Shanahan seems to fall in love with an idea or a player

and the Niners do whatever they can to make it happen and they trade up for it.
