Prop 36 repealed Prop 47, almost 70% of the state voted for it back in November.

And it means that thieves are now going to prison again, and drug addicts are going to prison.

They're going to get a shot at rehab, but if they don't go for treatment, then they go to prison.

And fentanyl dealers are going to be going to prison, potentially. They can only murder one person now. When the second person dies, now they're going to, they can go and be locked up. So a lot of progress was made. No thanks to the legislature and Governor Newsom, who spent the entire year trying
