I think continuity is the way to go.

I mean, turnover hurts everybody.

It just doesn't affect the locker room, the structure of the building, right?

Like having familiar faces and having somebody with a plan and a scheme that can ultimately benefit the team works.

But listen, you just got to get the quarterback situation straight.

And it's hard to draft the quarterback.
