0:06.6	which oftentimes for many families, our self-included, means lots of travel, lots of things going on,
0:14.9	lots of new things coming up around the corner with the youngest.

0:21.8	time-consuming stuff. Hence the reason we're going to be doing a best of today is I feel this
0:30.4	is appropriate because one of the things I'm looking back over the last couple of weeks of my life in marriage with you, Pam.
0:39.7	And one of the threads I'm feeling in myself is this level of anxiety that goes on.
0:46.8	And I'm not meaning it as a bad thing.

0:51.0	I've noticed it in my sleep patterns.
0:52.7	I've noticed it in my heart rate. I've noticed it in my heart rate.
0:54.3	I've noticed some of these different things. It's like, I've got this slow boil going of anxiety,
1:00.7	which made me think of an episode from a year ago or so with John Deloney on anxiety is a signal.
1:08.7	Doesn't mean something's going wrong. It's a signal.

1:11.8	And so I'm using this week as a way to revisit that for my own benefit, assuming other people would benefit as well.
