Hi, this is Dr. Mercola helping you take control of your health and today we are joined

by Randy Evans who is a nutritionist who works with Dr. Ginny Driscoe, Driscoe who I've

interviewed previously and he works in helping people apply this program.

So welcome and thank you for joining us Randy.

Okay, so why don't you give us some information about your background and how you got into

this area and then what you're doing with Dr. Driscoe?

Well, I have kind of an odd nutrition background.

I actually, you know, I always tell my patients I grew up as a little boy and so they're

and I want a dairy farm at a time when agriculture was largely still organic.

We didn't have all the modern agriculture practices and so I actually grew up eating mostly

real whole foods.

So the interest in nutrition my lifetime has just really been based on that foundation

that, you know, we ate what we grew and for hundreds of years humans did that.

Grocery stores were really small when I was a little kid and now they cover acres and
