Howdy? Hello and Debbie has a really entertaining

an honest new memoir out called Face It

and Chris has always got stuff going on and

they're playing shows as bandy and very much an ongoing thing and I guess I

would start by Debbie you say in the book that you're really not into digging up the past and then you do it in the book and then you've been going around talking about the book.

So how, yeah, how's that been for you? It's eviscerating. Yeah and I have actually thought seriously of slitting my throat or maybe clipping my tongue so that I couldn't do it.

Just just kidding around. I mean I guess you know it wasn't my idea to do the book

but there I got corralled into it in a way and then it's sort of about rolling you know

the Ramones used to put up these flyers that said we don't want to but we will yes I didn't want to but we will. Yes, I didn't want to but I did.
