Scott Agnes joins us now on the program on the CarX Tire and Auto Guestline,

and I'm sure thrilled to be doing so after that introduction.

Scott, we've been talking about the Caitlin Clark Olympic, I'll call it a snub, you know,

being left off.

One thing that we did not talk about in the entire first segment when we were discussing it is

this probably is not good for Caitlin Clark, I guess. I know it'll motivate her,

but who wouldn't want to be on the Olympic team. But this is good for the fever, right?

For sure. I mean, they'll have her first, she'll have her first break since probably almost a year,

going back to the fall of last year. She's gone from one thing to the next. And so

she'll get this lengthy break. Then they'll have about 35% of their games left the remainder of

the schedule. Now, that said, part of me still wonders if she'll be an injury replacement once

maybe some common sense prevails here. You'll see some of that, I think, in the NBA. I'm

curious, Kauai Leonard, Joelle Embed. Well, on this side, you have a couple players who,

one who hasn't played and one who, Brittany Griner, has only played two games this season,

just came back from injury. So, well, we have less than a month until this whole thing gets

started. But notably, Team USA still has not even made this news official.

Scott, will there be a way, and I'm sure there is in 2024,

but will there be a way for analysts to estimate, predict,

or react to where numbers could have been from a viewership and dollar standpoint with Caitlin

Clark versus whatever number the women's team ends up doing without her because we were

talking about it for a segment and this is less to do with the basketball and more to do with

the money of it all. But if I'm an NBC exact, I'm a little frustrated that she's not going to be
