53 points in overtime against the wizards and even for those of us out there who were.

A little bit. Troubled by the fact that we had the wizards plus five is a tough beat gamblers out there that was a definite tough beat the wizards came out ready to roll.

You go to overtime. Tied and you've got the wizards plus five it's tough to lose the game and overtime.

But Isaiah Thomas just took over 53 points on the day that would have been his sisters 23rd birthday.

And the Boston Celtics had that old Boston Garden magic and I'm going to be honest with you.

I'm so out of touch in some ways with what Boston Garden magic was because I'm 38 years old just turned 38 and I didn't really live through the Celtics being a great team in the 1980s.

That was before my time the Celtics Lakers series I vaguely if it best remember that I came into the NBA just in time for kind of Jordan against the pistons and whether or not he would ever be able to get a title.

So that's the first real storyline I remember from the NBA the bad boys in Detroit beating Michael Jordan, you know, probably starting around 87 88 89 stuff like that.

I mean, I'm basically the Jordan generation. But winning six playoff games in a row. The Boston Celtics have really served notice that potentially they're going to put LeBron and the calves a little bit nervous because I think the calves thought all the Celtics aren't any good.

We don't even care if we have home court in that series in the event that they even get to the Eastern Conference finals and I don't think the calves really thought that the Celtics were going to get to the Eastern Conference finals.

Because I said before the playoffs started I said look if the calves are going to win the Eastern Conference and the seating doesn't really matter more power to them.

But we've never seen a situation where a team like the calves would have just said screw it. We don't care about getting home court advantage throughout the playoffs.

And maybe that was because they didn't fear the Celtics. Maybe because that was because they looked at the Eastern Conference and said man, the Celtics if they have to beat the Bulls and if they have to beat the Wizards are not going to advance anyway.

Why does it matter? But this was a linchpin game for the Celtics. You lose this one. And at one one going back home to Washington.

The Wizards would have looked pretty decent to win this series. You went it to go up to 0 and when you're sixth straight game in the playoffs.

And the Wizards are on the absolute ropes. They now go home basically have to win both home games or this series is totally over.
