Peter and I are taking a well-deserved break for Christmas and New Year's.

And when I say well-deserved, we did 44 podcasts this year.

So we're repeating a couple of best subs.

This one is Neil Cacciol, Neil, of course, the former acting solicitor general during

the Obama administration.

The solicitor general argues on behalf of the administration before the Supreme Court.

And since Neil left that job, he continues to argue before the Court and wins so much

that he has the distinction of winning more scotas cases than any other minority lawyer.

He'll be Indian, Indian, Indian.

And you'll see in this, I give Neil a little shit here because he can't tell me if that

includes Jews.

And we are a minority group.

What Neil and I talked about when we recorded this a few months ago was various options

that the Department of Justice will have and how they prosecute Donald Trump assuming

they do, which they have to.
