my guess is that McCarthy will finally get it

and will have made so many concessions to the nut cases,

which that's crazy. What we've seen so far,

and again, this is Friday, January 6th, what we've seen so far is just how fucked up the Republican

party in this country is. This is a party that doesn't believe in democracy, doesn't believe

in doing the work of government. Last year, the Republican National Committee

declared that the insurrection on January 6th was legitimate political discourse. Two years ago,

147 Republicans voted not to certify the election. They won the House back, barely, and this week has been pretty sad.

The Republican Party we now have in Congress, they don't want to legislate.

They don't want to do the work of government.

They want to be on TV and do social media and raise money.
