Summary

At 5:24 am on Sunday, May 22, 2016, a 9-9-9 operator responded to a call from someone reporting a person who wasn’t breathing. The caller told the 9-9-9 operator that her daughter’s partner had collapsed. When emergency medical personnel reached the home, they found Lyndsey Vaux unresponsive and not breathing. Lyndsey Vaux died not long after the 9-9-9 call. Investigators could have never been prepared for the information they would learn about the events leading up to Lyndsey’s death.
