Hey guys, it's Jamie. I thought it would be fun to end the year and enter the new year with some of my all-time favorite episodes of Murderish.

I've been podcasting for five years now, so there are a lot of great episodes that I tend to forget about over time.

But I've gone back into the archives and compiled a list of some of my favorites as well as fan favorites.

And we're starting things off with one of the episodes that started it all.

And this particular episode is by far the one that people bring up the most in emails, DMs, and in conversation.

The episode is titled A Stranger in My Bedroom, and it's my own personal story.

I was 18 years old at the time and about to graduate from high school.

And today we're going to get into a story. It's something that happened to me when I was a teenager.

And I don't think about this often. I mean, honestly, don't even think I think about it on a weekly or a monthly basis.

But when it does flash through my mind, it absolutely makes the hair on my arm stick up.

It's extremely creepy. I think you'll find it interesting.

And honestly, it's something that if it ended differently, could have affected my life in a major way and my family's life forever.

I was a teenager. I was 18 years old. I was a senior in high school. I was about to graduate from Redlands High School.

And for those of you who don't know, Redlands is a small town about 70 miles east of downtown Los Angeles.

And maybe like a 45 minute to an hour drive west of Palm Springs. It's off the 10th freeway in Southern California.

It's a really safe town. It's where I grew up. It's where I went to high school.
