as I've ever heard because we kind of bounced around with like, oh, Mark's a really funny guy, like, and he told us beforehand that he didn't want to do stick or anything like that.

And we, we went pretty deep, honestly. I mean, we talked about college basketball. We told some jokes but you know buried in that is is some unbelievable advice especially with dealing with self image right I? I was blown away.

joking around, it's basketball, but really what we get into the depth of, you know, what he's went through personally, and you can relate a lot of that stuff to yourself and then to also coaching and you know

trying to get whatever industry you're going in whatever job you're trying to get.

There's so many factors that go into it and sometimes you don't know what a person's

dealing with because people put on a happy face like when they shop to practice or

when they shut to their job and they're this joyful person but behind closed doors they're battling with a lot of
