former college basketball superstar we have Mark Titus the man behind club trillion now works for the

ringer does one shining podcast which is hilarious does

his power rankings every Friday and Smalls this was as intuitive of an interview

as I've ever heard because we kind of bounced around with like, oh, Mark's a really funny guy, like, and he told us beforehand that he didn't want to do stick or anything like that.

He didn't want to think of his answers beforehand.

And we, we went pretty deep, honestly. I mean, we talked about college basketball. We told some jokes but you know buried in that is is some unbelievable advice especially with dealing with self image right I? I was blown away.

And for me, I think I just always take things

as how it relates to me and relates to people that I know.

And I think that was the most interesting

because I personally love his podcast. I don't read as much,

but I love listening to his podcast with him and Tate one shining podcast. And a lot of that is, you know, it's

joking around, it's basketball, but really what we get into the depth of, you know, what he's went through personally, and you can relate a lot of that stuff to yourself and then to also coaching and you know

trying to get whatever industry you're going in whatever job you're trying to get.

There's so many factors that go into it and sometimes you don't know what a person's

dealing with because people put on a happy face like when they shop to practice or

when they shut to their job and they're this joyful person but behind closed doors they're battling with a lot of

demons.

So for me on the serious end of that that was really really important because that's not talked
