And this week we are back off the hardwood

with Jamie Sire, television personality,

former ESPN Sports Center anchor and Smalls, now Food Mogul,

a travel mogul, and still a lot of very funny stories and just as down to earth of a person as I think we've met because

she is so successful but she's gone through so many different things in her career and

I just was totally impressed with you know her demeanor and her authenticity and you know just how

honest she was with us about different things and I do think we know we have media people on and I'm sure

sometimes our coaching friends kind of just look at it or coaching listeners and they're like,

yeah, this one's not really for me, but as we talked about a good bit in this episode, Smalls, the parallels between Jamie's career and kind of what you get in as a young

coach I mean they're there there are a lot of parallels I was actually

surprised at how many times you and I kind of jumped in and were like man this is

very similar to being a coach and being on that track.

Yeah I even equate her situation that you know obviously public with ESPN letting go a lot of people at once that was very public at one time and I

equate that much to being in a situation you're a rising coach and you know

you've seen to you know game this head coaching job and

you're doing pretty well but then there's probably an administration change or

you know the school wants to go a different direction or there's issues

up top that you really can't control and you're cutting the crossfire and
