So our pal J.P. Finley tweeted yesterday on at J.P. Finley NBCS on X. Three years ago today, I was in Minnesota to cover Josh Harris buying the commanders from Dan Snyder.

Time flies. We were doing the Burgundy and sold party right down the street at the bullpen.

It was a big, raucous celebration as Josh Harris took over for Dan Snyder.

And we wanted the listeners to give us your Josh Harris grade through three years.

How would you grade this ownership group that's taken over from Dan Snyder

through the first three years? What sort of grade would you give them? I'll chime in first.

I'd give them an A-minus. Number one, got stadium deal done. Yeah, that was a huge deal.

The previous owner couldn't get it done. We had the mayor in studio a couple of times, and the mayor basically said it wasn't going to happen with Snyder. So that's huge. I think all the little things along the way, all the ceremonies that they have done, the way that they're going on are John Riggins. They've done it to other players in the past. Darryan and Art Munk most specifically. And they've hit home runs on all of those ceremonies

compared to the way that the previous regime botched everyone, whether it was announcing the team

name embarrassingly on the today show. The Sean Taylor installation. The Sean Taylor installation

go on and on and on. And then they've done a lot of little things. You know, I wrote about this in Faith Restored. They've done a lot of things like improved the training camp experience where they didn't have seats for people. People who showed up the training camp used to have to bring their own chairs like parents do to soccer games, which is not the biggest

deal, but they were like, why don't we put bleachers in here? And they immediately, Harris and

Ein and those guys, they got with the players. And these are not things that we see, but got

with the players and say, well, what do you need? And basically gave them everything. Like, you want a players lounge?

Okay, we'll give you a players lounge.

Well, they saw all those failing grades from the NFLPA, like, surveys that were coming out.

They were, frankly, embarrassing for the organization.
