I just confirmed with Crystal yesterday that throughout the summer, you know, we're coming out of summer,

we're getting into September, October.

Which is basically summer plus.

Yeah.

Extended summer here.

And our electric bill was $100 cheaper a month.

That's a lot of dough.

Because of our new system that American Air and Heat installed.

And, I mean, that's a good amount of savings, right?

I mean, if you finance the new system and you're saving $100 a month, I mean, factor that into the cost.

Especially when they redo your duct work like they did for us, because our system before had one return.

Well, it was just working its ass off.

Yeah, by the couch.

Yeah, yeah.

I remember that return in your home was so loud that even watching football, we would have to turn up.

This is true story.

Yeah, yeah, yeah. We'd have to turn up the games mega loud to hear them because it was pretty loud. Yeah. And now they rework the whole duct work so that there's a return in every single room, which makes sense because it's sucking the hot air.

and it's just super efficient and with all that combined combined, $100 a month savings. Yeah, I was underpowered with our system. And then last week, we had an issue. We live in the center town home unit. Yeah, yeah, yeah. So when our air, you know, obviously it's going to produce moisture. When it does produce moisture, it has to go into a drain pipe, and then that drain pipe has to go all the way through the entire existing building, and then out. Yeah. And we have a pump that does that, and we had it fail. It was real bad, and it could have actually cost us a lot of money, because when that thing starts leaking, it just hits a drywall, and then it just starts shredding your house. Yeah, and the mold. Yeah, if you have like a, my townies, you know, it's not a big house. It's just tall, right? Yeah. So if that thing starts on the third floor, it just works its way, third, second, first, and then just destroys everything in its path. Yeah. We caught it early. Actually, they caught it early, American Air and Heat. They had this gentleman come over. I forget his name. My wife loved him. He didn't say three words to her.
