And we were talking about it during a break. And like if I get a breast of chicken, we went to a fancy kind of a fancy southern restaurant over the weekend with some friends.

And when I go to these type of like good southern eateries, I always have a tendency to try

the fried chicken just because it's easy.

It's an easy go-to, and me and my wife can split it, and I love fried chicken. Yeah. If you're out of an Italian restaurant, try the lasagna. Yeah. Exactly. You go with the best thing. So I'm trying this fried chicken, but I'm noticing as I'm eating the chicken that there are a lot of little things in chicken that I've always wondered. Like, what's that flap of, it's not a bone. It's kind of like a little, I'm assuming it's like cartilage or something, but it looks like a bone, but it's like, it almost could be a boxer's mouthpiece. Okay, yeah, yeah. That's in the chicken and you, and then you pull all the meat off and then it's, and it's smooth and like. Yeah, it's cartilage. It's very odd. Like, here's my... So I've got some thoughts on chicken. The cartilagey thing, the smooth mouthpiece thing, we got to get rid of that. Okay. No more of that. Remove it. Yeah. Can't we pre-remove that? You can de-bone. Why not de-cartilage? Well, can't we raise these birds to not have the cartilage? I think they needed to move around. No, they're not going to be moving in my scenario. They're in a warehouse of some sort. I wonder if they will. We'll get there, right? I mean, we're close. To they print like a chicken? Yeah. Or the red meat? I'm not getting into this argument again about bioprinting. Well, then he's going to start yelling at us because our answer is specific enough. Because we don't know.
